How import works
Three steps. No technical knowledge needed.
CSV and Excel
Upload a spreadsheet with candidate data. AGNCI automatically maps columns to the right fields. Name, email, phone and job title are enough to get started.
Bulk CV upload
Upload multiple CV files at once (PDF, Word). The AI extracts the profile data and automatically creates a candidate card per CV.
Duplicate detection
Existing candidates based on email address or name are recognized. You can choose to merge or overwrite. No duplicate profiles.
Progress status
During the import you see the progress per candidate. Successful, enrichment queued, or action required. You always have insight into the status.

AGNCI shows a preview of the data and asks you to link columns to the right fields. This takes just a few clicks.
