Candidates remain anonymous
Employers never see name, photo or contact details of a candidate without explicit consent from the agency. Anonymity is the starting point, not the exception.
You control what is shared
Agencies decide per match whether they want to present a candidate. Employers only receive what you approve. Control over data lies with you.

Passkeys & passwordless login
AGNCI supports passkeys (WebAuthn). Log in with Face ID, Touch ID or a security key. No passwords that can be leaked.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Add an extra security layer via an authenticator app. 2FA is available for all accounts and can be made mandatory by the organization administrator.
Encrypted storage
All data is stored encrypted in the EU (Amsterdam). No data outside Europe without explicit consent. Sub-processors are contractually bound via data processing agreements.
GDPR-compliant
AGNCI complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. Data breaches are reported within legal deadlines. Retention periods in accordance with our privacy policy.

Scan the QR code with your authenticator app and activate two-factor authentication. Done in two minutes.
